Our friendly One Full Scoop team will send a 30-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. You do not need to be home during service, but we ask that all cleaning areas are easily accessible and that no aggressive dogs are left outside. This helps ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient visit.
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and begin cleaning all dog waste from your yard. One Full Scoop team members are trained to follow a systematic route to ensure nothing is missed. We also complete multiple passes through the yard to help ensure a thorough, complete clean.
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your One Full Scoop technician will send a photo of your closed gate to confirm everything is secure and to help ensure no pets accidentally get out. After service, all equipment is sanitized with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of germs and keep every yard safe and healthy.
All dog waste is carefully double-bagged and placed in your trash bin for proper disposal. If access to your bin is unavailable, we securely bag the waste and leave it neatly at the side of your home, following proper disposal guidelines.
